Off Road Vehicles
Off-road vehicles, construction machinery and agricultural tractors are another very important form compared with road vehicles. This kind of vehicle is called ORV (Off-Road Vehicle).
Since Off-road vehicles do not run on highways (or at high speeds), they are less likely to "crash" - so they are subject to less stringent impact standards than cars and trucks. This means that lighter and cheaper rotomolded parts can replace tractor parts traditionally made of steel.
Such as fuel tank, urea tank, hydraulic fuel tank, seeding tank, spraying tank and liquid storage tank, strong, waterproof and non-corrosive rotational plastic parts are cheaper and more durable than metal substitutes. Moreover, due to their lighter weight, they are easier to move or reposition when necessary.
Fender
The tractor fender is the function of retaining mud. It is mounted behind the four tires of the vehicle. The two front fenders are fixed on the left and right lower sills, and the two rear fenders are fixed on the rear bumper (this is the case for general models). Prevent flying stones and gravel from damaging the paint surface of the car body. In addition, the function of tractor fender is to increase the overall aesthetics of the body.

The cost of rotomolding process is lower based on the same size product compared with other process such as blow molding, injection molding processes. the cost of rotomolding process is about 1/3 or 1/4 of injection molding and blow molding.
