Off Road Vehicles

Off-road vehicles, construction machinery and agricultural tractors are another very important form compared with road vehicles. This kind of vehicle is called ORV (Off-Road Vehicle).

Since Off-road vehicles do not run on highways (or at high speeds), they are less likely to "crash" - so they are subject to less stringent impact standards than cars and trucks. This means that lighter and cheaper rotomolded parts can replace tractor parts traditionally made of steel.

Such as fuel tank, urea tank, hydraulic fuel tank, seeding tank, spraying tank and liquid storage tank, strong, waterproof and non-corrosive rotational plastic parts are cheaper and more durable than metal substitutes. Moreover, due to their lighter weight, they are easier to move or reposition when necessary.

Features and characteristics of rotomolding

The products are made through rotomolding process with PEX,LLDPE...which are molded in one time. Molded part has lots of advantages such as uniform wall thickness, light weight, firmness, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic, odorless, good air tightness and strong safety performance which is in line with national standards.

The cost of rotomolding process is lower based on the same size product compared with other process such as blow molding, injection molding processes. the cost of rotomolding process is about 1/3 or 1/4 of injection molding and blow molding.

The product is formed by one-time rotomolding process, which is resistant to acid and alkali, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and drop resistance, easy to clean, good air tightness, and can protect the contents of the product from damage.

The corner of the product formed by special process is 15%-20% thicker than the surface. There is almost no return materials during the production process, and materials utilization rate of rotomolding is quite high.
